What you will do

  • Closely work with a team of developers, leading every initiative.

  • Close collaboration with product owner, product manager, scrum master and architects. Work closely with lead developers to the design, architecture, and implementation of high-quality solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand technical requirements.

  • Plan, estimate, and manage development schedules to meet project deadlines.

  • Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.

  • Expected to balance hands-on development with strategic planning.

  • Mentor, guide, and manage a team of developers, fostering growth and collaboration

  • About You

    Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience working as full stack web software developer

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a recognized university in Computer/IT other relevant engineering disciplines

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in front-end development using Angular/React framework

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with JavaScript or Typescript Language

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in back-end development using Core (Web Apps, APIs)

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with .NET

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cloud development using Microsoft Azure

  • Experience developing web and desktop applications, both front end and backend

  • Must have experience with Git and CI/CD Pipeline configuration using ADO or GitHub

  • Good to have experience with Modern Application Authentication and Authorization using Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)

  • Must have experience with SQL Server Database

  • Understanding of low level system design.

  • Good understanding of micro services, monolithic architectures, and serverless designs.

  • Agile.

  • Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

  • Good to have experience with Python (and willing to learn/upskill)

  • Ability to work in a global environment (business is mainly in North America).

  • Clear Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and team members.

  • Active Listening: Understand team members' and stakeholders' concerns and requirement.
