Job Description

We are looking for talented Full Stack Engineers who can build dynamic, high-performance web

applications using React.js on the frontend and Java / Spring Boot on the backend. The ideal

candidates are problem solvers who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about

delivering seamless, scalable, and secure solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and TypeScript.
  • Strong backend expertise in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and RESTful API design.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind).
  • Experience with databases MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git / GitHub / GitLab).
  • Experience with API integration, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and state
  • management (Redux / Context API).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React.js, Java, and Spring
  • Boot.
  • Build responsive, interactive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for efficient frontend–backend communication.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues effectively.
  • Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Good to Have

  • Exposure to Microservices architecture, Spring Cloud, or Kafka.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Basic understanding of performance optimization and security best practices.
