Compensation

Base pay range: A$120,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yr.

Role Summary

Our client is looking for a Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering high-quality software. This is a hands-on position focused on both building solutions and supporting team growth. You’ll spend most of your time developing applications across the stack, with a portion dedicated to mentoring and collaborating with peers.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development (Primary Focus)

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions using modern cloud technologies
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services with Node.js
• Develop user-facing interfaces using React and React Native
• Configure and manage containers and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Work with both relational and NoSQL databases
• Automate deployment pipelines and apply DevOps practices

Team Collaboration (Secondary Focus)

• Participate in code reviews and pair programming
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers
• Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Share best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

• Databases: SQL and NoSQL systems
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
