About the Role:

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in end-to-end application development, ideally with extensive experience working on projects for international clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. You will play a pivotal role in technical leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Development:  Lead the full lifecycle of web application development, from requirement analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, to ongoing maintenance.
• Client Collaboration:  Engage directly with international clients to understand their requirements, provide technical consultations, showcase prototypes, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Backend Development:  Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and other Java frameworks, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Frontend Development:  Build modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with an emphasis on usability and performance.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Management:  Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud environments, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.
• API Integration & Microservices:  Develop and consume RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations to create a seamless user experience.
• Database Design:  Architect and optimize relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Code Quality & Best Practices:  Enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, and establish best practices for code maintainability and testability.
• Mentorship & Leadership:  Guide junior developers, facilitate technical knowledge sharing, and promote best practices within the team.
• Performance & Security:  Conduct performance tuning, security audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Continuous Improvement:  Stay abreast of emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends; propose innovative ideas to improve existing systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:  Min 5-8  years of proven experience in full stack development, specifically in building complex enterprise applications.
• Technical Skills:
• Expert in Node.js , React.js , JavaScript , HTML/CSS
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services  (deployment, monitoring, scaling)
• Proficiency in Java  with Spring Boot  and Hibernate
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development  and microservices architecture
• Database management with MySQL , PostgreSQL , or other RDBMS, and familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus
• Comfortable working with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (git)
• Knowledge of security best practices, OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS, etc.
• Client Interaction:  Experience working directly with international clients, understanding their business contexts, and providing value-added solutions.
• Communication:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in technical discussions, presentations, and stakeholder management.
• Problem-Solving:  Strong analytical skills, with focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
