PFA is building its internal technology capability and transitioning from outsourced development to an in-house team. We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can own our core systems — including PTRAC 2.0, agent dashboards, and reporting platforms — and help modernize how technology supports our nationwide financial services network.


What You'll Do




  • Build and maintain full-stack applications using React, PHP, Java, and SQL.




  • Manage backend logic, data automation, and cron jobs for reporting and compensation systems.
