Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Generative AI) / Team Lead

Responsibilities

Feature Ownership & Execution: Lead the development and delivery of key product features across the full SDLC, ensuring high-quality code from architectural design to deployment.

Full-Stack AI Implementation: Build responsive front-end interfaces (React/Vue.js) and scalable back-end services (FastAPI/Node.js) that interface directly with LLMs and diffusion models.

Technical Mentorship: Act as a player-coach for 3-5 engineers, conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.

CI/CD & MLOps: Maintain and optimize automated pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI) to ensure reliable deployments and monitoring of AI-driven applications.

AI Integration: Stay hands-on with the latest AI/ML frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) to optimize prompt engineering and model inference workflows.
