Responsibilities
  • Innovative Fullstack Development: Lead the design and implementation of cutting‑edge frontend and backend systems.
  • Performance Optimization: Use innovative techniques to maximize efficiency and performance across the full stack.
  • Advanced Component Development: Create and maintain advanced, reusable components and services.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan and execute complex assignments with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless project integration.
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of professional experience working as a software engineer in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with WordPress as a CMS.
  • Proficiency in full‑stack technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Proficiency with NextJS and AWS.
  • Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL and/or MySQL).
  • Demonstrated passion for consulting, improving, good conflict resolution, and criteria.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive recommendations from previous managers and teammates.
  • Strong understanding of software development at scale and product mindset.
  • Must be able to work in the EST timezone.

  • Experience using GCP.
  • Experience with working on internationalization and localization.
