Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Microsoft Stack - Freelance → Permanent)

Overview

We are a Norwegian technology consulting company building delivery capacity in Malaysia. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Microsoft Stack) to start as a freelancer, with a clear path to permanent employment after 6 months based on mutual agreement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using the Microsoft stack
• Build backend services and APIs using .NET / C#
• Develop modern frontend applications using React, Blazor, or similar frameworks
• Utilize container frameworks like Docker
• Work with SQL Server and/or other relational databases
• Deploy and operate solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices
