Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain our customer‑facing web application and related RESTful APIs.
• Own implementation of new features from front‑end to back‑end.
• Collaborate with product teams on lean UX decisions.
• Design and optimize relational databases (PSQL) and use NoSQL stores.
• Contribute to worker services processing billions of events monthly.
• Architect, build, and deploy features on AWS and other cloud providers.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance and security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full‑stack web development experience with Python, Django, TypeScript/React, HTML, and MySQL.
• Strong design and implementation skills for scalable, secure architectures.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, Celery task queues, and distributed systems.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services and cloud migrations.
• Git workflows and version control best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and self‑direction.

Preferred Skills

• Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Search databases such as OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
• UI/UX improvement insight.
