Senior Full-stack Engineer (TypeScript/React) (BE-oriented) - Cannabis Join Truelogic Software as a Senior Full-stack Engineer focusing on TypeScript, React, and backend services in the cannabis industry. We are a nearshore staff augmentation company headquartered in New York with 600 developers based in Latin America. Job Summary We’re looking for a curious, driven, and hands‑on Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join our team. You’ll work in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment where ideas quickly become prototypes and prototypes evolve into products. This isn’t a role for someone who waits for direction — it’s for someone who sees an opportunity, rallies others, experiments quickly, and delivers tangible outcomes. You’ll help define architecture, iterate fast, and build scalable, event‑driven systems that power some of the most complex retail operations in the cannabis industry. Responsibilities Take ownership of problems — from idea to prototype to production. Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using TypeScript and React. Architect and optimize serverless systems on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, S3, etc.). Translate feedback and ambiguity into clear, actionable tasks and deliverables. Present and communicate architectural solutions to peers and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to iterate fast and ship value. Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code. Debug and resolve production issues with urgency and ownership. Contribute to documentation, design reviews, and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications & Job Requirements 5 years of professional experience in software engineering. Proficiency in TypeScript and React. Experience building and deploying serverless architectures on AWS. Familiarity with event‑driven systems and asynchronous design patterns. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and modern DevOps workflows (Git, CI/CD). Ability to work independently in a fast‑changing environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous problems and drive solutions to completion.
