Your Impact in this Role

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable full‑stack solutions for our providers and health‑system partners.
• Build and deploy code for reliability and scale across users and health systems.
• Mentor other engineers and foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to ensure reliability and health of production services.

About You

• 5+ years of software development experience in JavaScript and at least one of Go, Python, Java, or similar.
• Track record of shipping products with modern libraries/frameworks; strong responsive web design and React experience.
• Expertise in building and maintaining backend services and APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, AWS CDK).
• Affinity for agile methodologies, DevOps, and continuous delivery.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Pluses

• Experience with regulated software systems (e.g., HIPAA).
• BS+ in Computer Science; coursework in genetics or bioinformatics.

• Monthly Salary Range: $95,667 MXN – $126,354 MXN (Bonus 5%).

Days 60–90: Build OKRs, take ownership of initiatives, demonstrate impact on Helix mission.
