We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Lead Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong coding abilities, excellent problem analysis and solving skills, and proven leadership experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and bug-fixing of scalable full-stack solutions for enterprise applications (iDeal & DM).
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
  

• Ensure best practices in coding standards, application security, and performance optimization.
  

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  

• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployment, and DevOps automation.
  

• Analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
  

• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into Java-based applications when required.

Frontend:

• Angular, JavaScript
  

Backend:

• Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Hibernate)
  

Databases:

• SQL and NoSQL
  

Architecture:

• Microservices, Event-driven architecture
  

APIs:

• RESTful APIs, GraphQL
  

Security:

• Secure coding practices, Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, JWT, OAuth grant types
  

AI/ML Integration (Preferred):

• Deeplearning4j, DJL, TensorFlow Java API, Spring AI
  

Cloud & DevOps:

• AWS, Docker, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines
  

Testing & Tools:

• Postman, Jira
  

Software Engineering:

• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and design principles
  

• Hands-on experience with modern Java versions and cloud-native development
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with prior leadership or lead developer roles.
  

• Deep expertise in the Spring ecosystem and microservices architecture .
  

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex challenges.
  

• Hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development .
  

• Ability to quickly ramp up on complex systems and deliver independently.
  

• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
  

• Familiarity with AI/ML integration in Java applications is a strong plus.
