We're building a production website and internal system.
This is a web-first product.
AI is used selectively to support certain workflows — not as the core product, and not as a chatbot.
We're looking for a senior website-focused developer who can integrate AI cleanly and safely into a real web system, without turning everything into an AI experiment.
This is a full-time freelance role for the coming month, with ongoing monthly work if it's a fit.
What you'll actually work on
Most of your time will be spent on standard web product work:
• Building and improving website features
• Working with existing frontend and backend code
• Designing APIs and data models
• Fixing bugs, improving performance, shipping features
A small part of the work involves:
• Integrating AI services into specific workflows
• Treating AI as a tool, not a decision-maker
• Making sure AI outputs are validated and safe
• Adding simple human-approva...
