Senior Fullstack AI Engineer - Python / Scikit-Learn / TensorFlow / ML Ops We're hiring for an experienced Senior Fullstack AI Engineer for a rapidly expanding, well‑established software company headquartered in Switzerland. This is a full‑time role that will be based primarily remotely from Spain or Poland, with travel to Madrid or Berlin twice a month. The company is registered in Switzerland and therefore you will be hired through a payroll provider such as Deel under a local employment contract. Salaries are between €80,000‑€100,000, depending on experience level. Flexibility may allow a higher offer for outstanding candidates. Responsibilities Architect and deliver end‑to‑end AI systems, including design and training of models. Develop machine‑learning pipelines, from data planning to modeling and deployment. Explore and implement solutions across neural architectures, including large‑language models and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems. Qualifications 5 years of experience as an AI Engineer. Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Hands‑on experience building AI components from planning through deployment.
