Superside is hiring a Senior FullStack Engineer to help automate how creative talent is staffed to projects at scale. As we move from manual allocation to AI-assisted staffing throughout 2026, you'll build internal tools that manage availability, skills, and complex scheduling with speed and precision
You'll own work across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend logic and data, using AI tools where they add leverage while staying in control of quality and architecture.Lead development of secure, scalable features for staffing automation, resource management, and scheduling. Architect and build performant UIs such as interactive timelines and real-time grids using React. Ensure backend services built with Kotlin and Spring Boot efficiently support complex frontend workflows. Use agentic coding tools to accelerate boilerplate and refactoring, focusing your time on high-leverage decisions.
