What You'll Do
Design and implement scalable, high-quality components and services that align with team and company goals. Contribute to technical decision-making, including solution design and architecture, with a focus on addressing technical debt, reliability, and system performance. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical solutions. Proactively monitor and improve system performance, identifying and resolving issues swiftly and effectively, while communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders during incidents to ensure alignment and prompt resolution. Take a proactive approach to support, digging into issues to identify root causes and developing long-term, proactive solutions to prevent recurrence.
