Senior Functional Consultant - SAP Forecasting and Replenishment

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless, zero-downtime transition of SAP Forecasting and Replenishment system from incumbent team
• Absorb knowledge of business processes, configurations, and custom code through intensive knowledge transfer sessions
• Support ongoing operation and maintenance of SAP Forecasting and Replenishment solutions
• Improve SAP Forecasting and Replenishment processes to align with evolving business goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand forecasting and replenishment requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Forecasting and Replenishment
• Document system configurations, processes, and changes for knowledge sharing
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for store ordering and DC ordering processes

Requirements

• Experience in SAP Forecasting and Replenishment with 5-9 years of relevant work
• Strong knowledge of sales forecasting, order forecasting, and store ordering from DC and vendors
• Experience with SAP SCM and SAP F&R systems
• Ability to manage transition and knowledge transfer activities effectively
• Problem-solving skills related to SAP functional configurations
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
