Senior Game Designer

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Game Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Experience in casino slot game development (land-based or mobile), or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

• Solid practical experience in game design, with a good understanding of UX and player psychology.

• Excellent communication skills for documentation (writing technical documents, creating mock-ups) and self-expression (articulate, able to present ideas to varying audiences).

• Awareness of current casino slot game products and trends.

• Demonstrated creativity in generating new ideas and problem-solving.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a creative environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects or games simultaneously.

• Self-driven, proactive, and positive attitude.
