Senior Game Designer - Systems & LiveOps (remote or on-site, full time)

We are looking for a Senior Game Designer who combines systems design and economy design expertise with LiveOps and product strategy. You will shape the core progression and monetization systems of our free‑to‑play titles while owning an events and content roadmap that boosts retention and revenue. You’ll blend creative design with data‑driven decision‑making, transforming KPIs and player insights into clear, high‑impact updates. You’ll be a key force in an agile, multidisciplinary and creatively charged development team.
