Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior GenAI / Conversational AI Engineer with a strong Applied Data Science background to work on an enterprise-scale Conversational AI initiatives.

This role focuses on speech-to-text, NLP, and Generative AI–powered analytics to extract insights from conversations and drive better engagement, decision-making, and next-best actions.

You will work end-to-end — from model development to production deployment — on real-time, scalable AI systems.

What You’ll Work On:

Conversational AI & Call Transcription

• Build and fine-tune Speech-to-Text (STT) models for industry-specific language
• Develop real-time transcription pipelines for conversational data

NLP & Generative AI Applications

• Build summarization models to extract key insights from conversations
• Implement Named Entity Recognition (NER) for topic and KPI extraction
• Apply Large Language Models (LLMs) for conversation analytics and recommendations
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using external knowledge sources

Sentiment Analysis & Decision Support

• Develop sentiment and intent classification models
• Build predictive models to suggest next-best actions based on call content, engagement signals, and historical data

AI Deployment & Scalability

• Deploy AI models on AWS, GCP, or Azure AI for real-time and batch processing
• Optimize inference using ONNX, TensorRT, or Triton for performance and cost efficiency
• Build MLOps workflows to monitor, retrain, and continuously improve models in production

You will work and apply Regression , Bayesian modeling , Classification , Time Series forecasting , and Deep Learning to power actionable predictions and insights — while expanding AI capabilities into:

• Computer Vision solutions such as object detection/recognition, product imagery analysis
• Image-to-Text modeling , document intelligence, OCR, and multi-modal LLM applications

Technical Skills Required:

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience building Speech-to-Text (ASR), NLP, and Conversational AI solutions in real-world or production environments preferably in Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Whisper, DeepSpeech, Kaldi, AWS Transcribe, Google Speech-to-Text
• Proficiency in Python , PyTorch , TensorFlow , and Hugging Face Transformers
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning , RAG architectures , and frameworks like LangChain
• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
• Experience deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, Flask
• Familiarity with other cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
