Job Description
Lead business development for corporate interior and exterior landscaping and biophilic solutions across the Bengaluru region, with responsibility for revenue, profitability and key accounts for Supply and Service Business Vertical.
Drive new client acquisition and expansion within existing enterprise accounts (tech parks, GCCs, IT/ITES, corporate offices, co-working, BFSI, consulting).
Key responsibilities
Drive business development efforts in Bengaluru, acquire new corporate clients and consistently achieve sales and margin targets for interior and exterior landscaping services (indoor plants, green walls, planters, biophilic features, AMCs).
Build and manage strong relationships with corporate real estate heads, facility managers, PMCs, architects, interior design firms and influencers in the Bengaluru commercial real estate ecosystem.
