Job Description : Sr General Manager – Business Development

Role Purpose

To support the company’s growth objectives by identifying, evaluating, and executing business development opportunities in accordance with the organisation’s approved strategy, governance framework, and risk parameters.

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Identification

• Identify potential business development opportunities including land acquisition, joint development, redevelopment, and strategic partnerships in approved markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, channel partners, and other stakeholders to enable a consistent opportunity pipeline.
• Track market developments, regulatory changes, and infrastructure initiatives relevant to business planning.

Evaluation & Feasibility

• Coordinate preliminary technical, legal, and commercial assessments of identified opportunities.
