Job Description
The Segment and End User Marketing Communications Leader is responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for defined businesses and segments. You will deeply understand customer personas, market trends, and the competitive landscape to drive demand, brand authority, and revenue growth. Position will directly report to Vice President, Marketing, Greater India, Schneider Electric and part of Marketing and Communications India Leadership Team Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the defined businesses and segments, aligning with overall business goals and sales targets. Customer Insights: Conduct deep-dive research into segment-specific pain points, buying behaviours, and emerging trends to inform messaging.
