Geotechnical Engineer Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and evaluation of tenders and project designs in conjunction with senior engineers. Key tasks include analysis of geotechnical data, interpretation of soil and rock parameters, preparation of Geotechnical Interpretative Reports (GIR), and performance of geotechnical design.

  • Design foundations, retaining structures, and slope stability using both hand calculations and advanced geotechnical software.
  • Carry out ground investigations, prepare specifications, BOQs, and laboratory testing programs.
