Responsibilities

  • Lead the organisation's GIS strategy and roadmap, focusing on AutoCAD‑to‑ArcGIS migration.
  • Implement and manage CAD‑to‑GIS conversion workflows, data models, and topology rules.
  • Develop ArcGIS templates, layouts, and symbology libraries for consistent production.
  • Own the GIS platform architecture, standards, and technical implementation requirements.
  • Guide external consultants to align with GIS standards and operational goals.
  • Oversee marine cable route survey data management, QA/QC, and controlled geodatabases.
  • Implement automation using Python/ArcPy and repeatable geoprocessing pipelines.
