Senior Global Payroll Manager

SOCi, the leader in AI‑powered marketing solutions for multi‑location businesses, is currently looking for an experienced Senior Global Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across the U.S., Canada, and additional global regions. The ideal candidate brings deep compliance expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and hands‑on experience managing payroll for multiple countries. This role requires strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and Canadian payroll—specifically British Columbia (BC) and Ontario (ON)—with the ability to interpret and apply complex statutory requirements.

You will own payroll end‑to‑end, manage third‑party vendors, partner with HR and Finance, and ensure accurate, timely, and fully compliant payroll processing across all regions.
