About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Senior Google Ads Specialist to lead and scale paid advertising initiatives across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Meta (Facebook).
This role includes a hands-on practical assessment. Shortlisted candidates will be given a real business scenario and asked to prepare a complete paid ads strategy along with sample campaign structures. The assessment focuses on real execution, strategic thinking, and optimization skills — not theory.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing large-scale campaigns for US & UK markets, understands regional user behavior, benchmarks, and conversion patterns, and thrives in a data-driven, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
Google Search
Display Network
YouTube Ads
Performance Max / Shopping
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Own campaign performance end-to-end — from strategy and setup to optimization and scaling.
Develop structured account architectures aligned with performance and scalability goals.
Market & Audience Expertise (US & UK)
Manage campaigns primarily targeting United States and United Kingdom audiences.
Build intent-driven messaging and targeting strategies tailored to each market.
Apply market-specific insights to improve conversion quality and ROAS.
Keyword Research, Targeting & Optimization
Conduct in-depth keyword research and intent mapping for US & UK markets.
Build and optimize advanced audience strategies, including:
Custom audiences
In-market segments
Remarketing & retargeting lists
Continuously optimize for:
CTR
CPC
CPA
ROAS
Conversion rate
Performance Monitoring & Testing
Monitor campaigns daily and proactively optimize:
Budgets & bids
Geo-targeting
Time-zone & day-parting strategies
Run A/B tests on:
Ad creatives
Landing pages
Bidding & campaign strategies
Identify scalable opportunities while minimizing wasted spend.
Tracking, Reporting & Insights
Set up, validate, and maintain conversion tracking using:
Google Ads
GA4 Analytics
Prepare clear, insight-driven performance reports for leadership.
Translate data into actionable recommendations and growth strategies.
Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, algorithm updates, and paid media trends in US & UK markets.
Skills & Expertise Required
Advanced expertise in Google Ads keyword strategy for US & UK markets
Strong experience with:
Geo-targeting & time-zone optimization
Remarketing & audience segmentation
Conversion tracking & attribution
Hands-on proficiency with:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Keyword Planner
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into performance improvements
Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills
Qualifications
Google Ads Certification (Search & Display)
Proven experience with YouTube Ads and Performance Max campaigns
Experience managing campaigns with limited or controlled budgets
Solid understanding of:
Landing page optimization
CRO best practices for US & UK audiences
Experience
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
