Senior Grants & Non Dilutive Funding Lead (US Focused, India Coverage)

Role Summary

We’re hiring a senior, experienced Grants & Credits Lead to own end-to-end non-dilutive funding strategy and execution across US and India opportunities (cloud credits, government grants, R&D incentives, accelerator funding). This person combines deep proposal-writing chops, technical fluency in SaaS/AI, and hands-on award/compliance management. You’ll build the playbook, secure meaningful awards/credits, and mentor any more junior coordinators we hire.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and execute a prioritized non-dilutive funding strategy across cloud credits, Indian central/state grants, R&D tax incentives, accelerators, and targeted US opportunities.

- Own proposal development for high-value opportunities: technical narrative, workplan, budget, KPIs, and risk/mitigation. Lead and finalize submissions.
