We’re Hiring: Senior Graphic Designer
Company: OTMO
Experience: 3+ years preferred (open to strong candidates with the right skill set)
Location: Remote (Freelance)

OTMO is building next-generation on-chain prop trading infrastructure. We’re looking for a strong, independent Graphic Designer who can think creatively, execute fast, and take full ownership of visual output.
This is not a role that requires constant guidance. We expect you to bring ideas, direction, and speed, without needing someone behind you.
Role & Responsibilities Design high-quality decks (investor, product, partner, internal).
Create banners and visual assets for:
Trading dashboards
Product launches
Social media (X, LinkedIn)
Community updates and announcements
Translate complex ideas into clean, effective visuals
Work closely with founders and product teams in a remote, async setup
Deliver quickly while maintaining strong design quality
Requirements 3+ years of design experience preferred (Exceptional candidates with strong portfolios are welcome)
Strong graphic design fundamentals and visual storytelling skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
Fast execution and sharp creative thinking
Experience creating:
Pitch decks
Brand systems
Marketing and product creatives
Nice to Have Experience with Web3, crypto, or trading platforms (a plus, not mandatory)
Familiarity with data-heavy or product-driven design.
Motion design or basic animations.
Tools & Skills Figma (required)
Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Canva (required)

Shortlisting/HR intro call
Small design task for shortlisted candidates
