• Performance ad creatives for Meta/Google: statics + motion-first concepts
• Creative direction for new launches, campaigns, and seasonal drops
• Website & product creatives: banners, PDP graphics, story highlights, thumbnails
• Rapid iteration pipeline: create → test → learn → improve
• Collaborate with marketing + founders to translate insights into creatives
