We’re Hiring: Senior Graphic Designer

Experience: 3+ years preferred (open to strong candidates with the right skill set)

Location: Remote (Freelance)

OTMO is building next-generation on-chain prop trading infrastructure. We’re looking for a strong, independent Graphic Designer who can think creatively, execute fast, and take full ownership of visual output.

This is not a role that requires constant guidance. We expect you to bring ideas, direction, and speed, without needing someone behind you.

• Design high-quality decks (investor, product, partner, internal).

Create banners and visual assets for:

• Trading dashboards
• Product launches
• Social media (X, LinkedIn)
• Community updates and announcements
• Translate complex ideas into clean, effective visuals
• Work closely with founders and product teams in a remote, async setup
• Deliver quickly while maintaining strong design quality

• 3+ years of design experience preferred (Exceptional candidates with strong portfolios are welcome)
• Strong graphic design fundamentals and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
• Fast execution and sharp creative thinking

Experience creating:

• Pitch decks
• Brand systems
• Marketing and product creatives

• Experience with Web3, crypto, or trading platforms (a plus, not mandatory)
• Familiarity with data-heavy or product-driven design.
• Motion design or basic animations.

• Figma (required)
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Canva (required)
