Senior Graphic Designer (Mid Shift)
Location: Arcadis Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines
Role Description
- Manage task execution and delegation for a team of designers, ensuring clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide team leadership and direction, motivate, engage and develop team members’ skills and knowledge.
Role Accountabilities
- Assist Team Lead on day‑to‑day operations and task management to achieve business objectives and continuous performance improvement.
- Support the Graphics Team by ensuring access to necessary resources, driving projects to completion through prioritization, planning, and cross‑functional collaboration.
