Location: 100% Remote
We’re hiring a Senior Graphic Designer (Remote) to own all visual creatives across paid ads, website, and brand assets.
This is a results-driven role . You’ll be designing creatives that get tested, scaled, and killed based on performance. If your work has never been judged by ROAS, CTR, or conversion rate, this role is not for you.
What you’ll own: Paid ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google
High-volume creative variations for testing (hooks, formats, angles)
Brand visuals across website, email, SMS, and launches
Maintain strict brand consistency across platforms
Work directly with marketing to iterate creatives fast
Organize and manage creative systems (files, versions, naming)
What we expect: 4–6+ years experience in eCommerce / DTC
Proven experience designing performance ad creatives
Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Strong understanding of platform specs and safe z...
