The role involves end-to-end hiring of Doctors, Nurses, Mental Health, and Allied Health professionals, along with managing licensing, compliance, and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for Doctors, Nurses & Allied Health roles
- Headhunting and niche hiring for UAE & Middle East healthcare markets
- Manage UK healthcare recruitment, including NHS hiring and onboarding
- Source candidates via job portals, databases, referrals & social media
- Screen, interview, and guide candidates through licensing & credentialing
- Maintain strong talent pipelines and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree
- 6–10+ years of healthcare recruitment experience
