Requirements:
  • These are Tech Support roles with strong Tech Support, Windows, Mac & excellent communications background.
  • Windows Cert / + yrs Widows support exp is a must
  • Mac Integration Basics Certificate / + yrs Mac Support exp is a must
  • ITIL Certification / + Yrs Desktop Support
  • Nice to have: ITIL Cert
  • Excellent Communications
