Senior Hiring Manager

Job Summary:

The role of Senior Payroll Specialist is to lead end-to-end client employee hiring, payroll operations for multiple clients across Mexico. This position ensures full compliance with local regulations and timely delivery in accordance with client-specific agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procced and operate the end-to-end client employee's hiring process including on boarding & off boarding, work visa , reimbursement process etc.
• Keeping Client Daily Communication and Client service delivery as client contact window.
• Payroll process (monthly, semimonthly, weekly) for multiple clients in Mexico
• Ensure compliance with local labor tax social security laws in Mexico
