Job Description
We’re Looking For:
A skilled Medical Home Health Coder and QA person with OASIS and POC review experience.
Must be proficient in WellSky/Kinnser. Ideally, we’d love to hire someone who has experience in both coding and OASIS QA.
Job Responsibilities:
Assign accurate ICD-10 codes for home health services.
Review clinical and Referral documentation to ensure proper coding and claim submission.
Stay up-to-date with coding changes and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
Assist in coding audits and ensure claim accuracy to reduce denials.
Collaborate with billers to resolve coding-related claim issues.
Ability to work efficiently in OASIS and POC Review.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Home Health Coding is Must.
Minimum 3 years of experience in OASIS and POC review. (recent experience is must)
Proficiency in WellSky/Kinnser required.
Knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid Coding guidelines.
