We are looking for a Senior HR & Admin Executive to manage day to day HR operations and administrative matters, ensuring smooth payroll processing, statutory compliance, and proper HR Documentation.
Key Resposibilities
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, confirmations, renewals and HR letters.
- Handle payroll preparation and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Maintain employee records, personnel files and HR documentation.
- HR Operations.
- Support HR audits and management reporting.
- Handle general HR and office administrative matters.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years HR & Admin Exeperience....
