- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Manage payroll, allowances, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and audit readiness.
- Lead wellness and employee engagement programs.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time.
