Job Description
The HR Admin Specialist is a member of the Global HR Services team, that provides high level HR related administrative support and customer service for employees, managers, HRBPs, and COE’s in Sensata entities in one or more countries to ensure compliance and alignment to HR, Legal and Company policies and procedures according to set SLAs and Key Performance Indicators. The HR Admin Specialist takes part in improvement projects and is influencing the content of their own job to increase the value of the services provided.
# General Responsibilities
+ Provides on time delivery of HR related administrative tasks e.g. creating legal documents, keeping HR systems up-to-date, creating reports
+ Handles onboarding and termination actions
+ Creates purchase orders in our Oracle system and follow-up
+ Develops Shared Services concepts in the region within the function of HR
