We are supporting an international organisation within the professional services sector in expanding its HR function in Poland.

The role of Senior HR Admin Specialist offers an opportunity to support a wide range of HR processes across European and English-speaking markets, including the UK. The position sits within a growing HR Operations team and contributes to building efficient, compliant, and scalable HR processes in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for HR policy- and process-related queries from employees and managers.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, contractual changes, promotions, and offboarding.
