To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team based at our Leonora Operations. Reporting to the HR Superintendent, this is a permanent opportunity working 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster providing professional HR support to the across the Genesis portfolio. The role will provide professional hands‑on HR support working closely with Leaders and the workforce across the Leonora Operations ensuring people practices are compliant and aligned with organisational goals. You will deliver the full suite of Human Resources Systems and provide coaching and advice to our People in line with our ASPIRE core values.
