About the Role:

A rare standalone Senior HR Advisor opportunity has opened within their team, based in Perth CBD. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be the primary HR partner for the division in WA, providing hands-on guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, investigations, policy application, and key people metrics. This high-impact role is pivotal in shaping and driving all people initiatives across the project portfolio.
