- Permanent full-time role based in Wangara Head Office
- Work from home 2 days a week after training

THE ROLE
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our management team to influence and build positive employee relations
- Manage workplace issues including grievances, performance improvement, conduct and other investigations and disciplinary matters as required
- Assisting in the provision of HR related information and documentation for tendering and bidding
- Support the interpretation of Enterprise Agreements and Award entitlements terms and conditions in a changing workplace relations environment
- Provide advice to support coaching to compliance to ensure consistency and procedural fairness
