Job Description
Oversee payroll processes, including EPF, EIS, SOCSO, and staff loans.
Recruit, shortlist and interview candidates for open positions.
Execute seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate staff appraisals and performance reviews.
Plan and coordinate staff parties and events.
Ensure compliance with labor laws.
Issue warning letter and termination letter.
Prepare slides for bi-weekly Head of Department (HOD) meetings.
Update and maintain the Employee Handbook.
Improve and update HR Standard Operating Procedures (50P).
Assist in budgeting and conduct manpower analysis.
Assist in taking over HR task currently outsource to external party.
Collaborate with department heads to create an employee progression chart.
