Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement
  • Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in myHR
  • Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR
  • Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI) within HR Group Shared Services
  • Ensure record in myHR are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards
  • Adhoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
  • Entry level are welcomed to apply
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in processing of HR records / data
  • Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
