Job Responsibilities
- Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement
- Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in myHR
- Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR
- Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI) within HR Group Shared Services
- Ensure record in myHR are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards
- Adhoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
- Entry level are welcomed to apply
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in processing of HR records / data
- Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
