Lead and manage HR consulting projects across HR Audits, Performance Management Systems, Compensation and Rewards Management, and Organizational Development.
Design and implement strategies to grow the consultancy portfolio and support corporate positioning.
Conduct in-depth research to identify new business opportunities, including tenders and corporate partnerships.
Generate and convert leads for HR Consulting services through proactive business development.
Prepare project plans, proposals, reports, and deliverables in line with client needs and timelines.
Follow up on client payments and ensure timely debt recovery from executed projects.
Foster client engagement and retention through effective relationship management and after-service follow-up
Lead proposal development and participate in competitive tendering processes
