Job Description

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (a Master's Degree will be an advantage)5 years of experience and success in a similar role

  • Lead and manage HR consulting projects across HR Audits, Performance Management Systems, Compensation and Rewards Management, and Organizational Development.

  • Design and implement strategies to grow the consultancy portfolio and support corporate positioning.

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify new business opportunities, including tenders and corporate partnerships.

  • Generate and convert leads for HR Consulting services through proactive business development.

  • Prepare project plans, proposals, reports, and deliverables in line with client needs and timelines.

  • Follow up on client payments and ensure timely debt recovery from executed projects.

  • Foster client engagement and retention through effective relationship management and after-service follow-up

  • Lead proposal development and participate in competitive tendering processes
