The Senior Benefit Analyst serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for U.S.-based employee benefits and equity compensation programs. In this high-growth environment, the role transcends routine administration to lead the strategic analysis and optimization of health, welfare, retirement (401k), and equity portfolios.
