  • Lead union negotiations and manage labor relations with compliance and integrity.

  • Collaborate with global teams to implement HR programs across a complex structure.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of HR experience, including senior HRBP role.
  • Expertise in labor relations and union negotiation.
  • Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to thrive in global, matrixed organization.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
