- Lead union negotiations and manage labor relations with compliance and integrity.

- Collaborate with global teams to implement HR programs across a complex structure.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of HR experience, including senior HRBP role.
- Expertise in labor relations and union negotiation.
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to thrive in global, matrixed organization.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
