Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with field management to provide guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee development, investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, recruitment, compensation, compliance, and policy interpretation.

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop, implement, and ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization.

  • Manage disability, leave of absence, and workers’ compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication.

  • Facilitate employee-related processes (e.g., accommodations) in a legally compliant manner, ensuring accurate documentation and proper record management.
