Responsibilities:
Partner with field management to provide guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee development, investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, recruitment, compensation, compliance, and policy interpretation.Collaborate with HR leadership to develop, implement, and ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization.Manage disability, leave of absence, and workers’ compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication.Facilitate employee-related processes (e.g., accommodations) in a legally compliant manner, ensuring accurate documentation and proper record management.Support the administration of benefits and retirement programs, including eligibility audits and communication with plan members.Manage and resolve employee relations issues by conducting thorough, objective investigations and re...
